Roarganise Returns Policy

We want you to love your Roarganise goodies! 

To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- In it's original condition (unused and in packaging)
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

You have up to 14 days from recieving your order to notify us you are returning your item and up to 14 days after notification to return the item, in it's original condition.

How to return:
1. Email us at hello@roarganise.com to start your return.
Please provide your name and order number and will will provide you with an address to send it to.

2. Once approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions.
Note: Unsolicited returns (sent without prior approval) won’t be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items?
Inspect your order upon arrival! If there’s an issue (damaged, defective, or wrong item), contact us immediately at hello@roarganise.com so we can fix it. Our orders do get triple checked, before they are sent out, just to we know you have a correct order. 

Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Bank processing times may vary).
