Access to Work (AtW) & Occupational Health Support Guide

Justification for Workplace Adjustment Grant:

Executive Function Scaffolding: The "What’s on My Mind" layout is specifically designed to reduce cognitive load by providing a structured "brain dump" area. This helps the user externalise task prioritisation, which is a common barrier for those with ADHD and Autism.

Time Blindness Mitigation: By using a tiered system of daily, weekly, and monthly inserts, the Roarganiser creates a visual map of time. This helps the employee transition between "now" and "not now," reducing anxiety around deadlines.

Sensory Regulation & Accessibility: Unlike digital tools that offer distracting notifications and blue-light fatigue, our planners are low-stimulus. The high-contrast black and white print reduces visual stress, while the FSC-certified paper and soft-touch vegan leather provide a calming, positive tactile experience.

Sustainable Modular System: The disc-bound design allows the user to customise the planner to their specific workflow. This prevents the "overwhelm" of a traditional, thick diary and ensures only necessary components are used, supporting both the user's focus and corporate ESG goals.
