LISA

Heddo! 👋 My terminology for hello!

Here to make you feel fabulous!

I wanted to build a brand with a purpose, while creating the best life possible for Skye. After struggling with autism and executive dysfunction for most of my life, I know first-hand how difficult routines, organisation and unexpected changes can be. When I’m out of routine, it’s definitely not fun!

That’s where the idea for Roarganise and Roarganisers came from. I wanted to create practical, sensory-friendly, modular planners designed to make everyday organisation easier for autistic people, people with ADHD and anyone who struggles with executive dysfunction.

I’m a big believer in putting a positive spin on a negative situation and making the most out of things. What started from my own experiences with autism has grown into a brand designed to help people feel more organised, less overwhelmed and more in control of everyday life.

Outside of Roarganise, I’m interested in the cyber world, fishing, aviation, helicopters, medicine, technology and, of course, modular design. I love anything that can be designed, organised, improved or made more efficient!

And when I’m not doing any of that? Give me a nice milky brew with 2 sugars and I’m happy. ☕️

Oh, and one more thing...

If you ever say “Heddo!” to me, there’s a very good chance you’ll make me laugh or smile. 😂

Because sometimes the little things really do make the biggest difference.

These make me smile

BEAR

Met Lisa in 2015 ❤️

Absolutely loves fishing, supports Everton FC, and is always on the hunt for a good place to eat. And when I say he loves food… he eats like a dustbin! 😂

He’s also a fan of anime, clever designs, sleek engineering and anything that combines creativity with clever technology.

An electrician by trade, he’s quite literally a bright spark! ⚡️

But his favourite role of all is being Skye’s dad. He absolutely adores his little princess and loves being a dad.

Since meeting Lisa in 2015, he has always given her unconditional support, loyalty and encouragement, no matter what life throws their way. Whether it’s family life, autism, business ideas, Roarganise or one of Lisa’s many creative projects, he’s always there.

Behind every great idea is sometimes an electrician wondering how many cables are involved. 😂⚡️

Fishing, family, food, Everton and a good dad joke. That’s him!

PRINCESS

SKYE

Born in July 2024, Skye is our little ray of sunshine! 💕

Skye absolutely loves playing, exploring and learning new things. She already knows 10 colours, can count to 10, recognises shapes and can name parts of her body, all at just 20 months old!

She’s also incredibly polite and already has such lovely manners. Her infectious giggles, huge smile and happy personality can brighten up any room. 🥰

And, of course, she is mad about Blippi! 💙🧡

Skye is also the reason Roarganise was born. Once she arrived, my routines disappeared faster than a toddler’s snack! 😂 Suddenly, everyday life became a beautiful, chaotic whirlwind, and I realised just how much I needed simple, practical structure.

That experience became the inspiration behind Roarganise, creating sensory-friendly, modular planners and organisational tools designed to help autistic people, people with ADHD and anyone experiencing executive dysfunction find structure in everyday life.

So, in many ways, Skye didn’t just change our lives… she inspired a whole brand! 🦁

She might only be little, but I have a feeling she’s going to be the genius of the family. 💕😂

HUGO

Our pedigree pug, Hugo! 🐾💙

Hugo is our gorgeous pedigree Pug and brother to Patrick the Pug.

His three favourite activities? Eating, sleeping and finding the sunniest spot in the house. ☀️🐶

Sound familiar? Just like Lisa, Hugo firmly believes that good food, plenty of sleep and a comfortable spot in the sunshine are the keys to happiness! 😂

He’s a much-loved part of our family and, like all good pugs, has plenty of personality packed into a very small, snuggly body.

Between his love of food and his talent for finding anything edible, he’s definitely earned his nickname…

The Bin Dipper! 😂🐾

Why Traditional Planners Don't Work for ADHD or Autistic Brains

If you've bought planner after planner only to abandon them after a week, you're not broken. The planners are.

Sensory overwhelm - Traditional planners often have busy layouts, thin paper that feels awful, and too many colours/sections

• Executive dysfunction - Complex systems with 20 different sections when your brain can barely handle 3

• Routine disruption - When planners don't fit your actual life patterns, they become another source of stress

• All-or-nothing thinking - Miss one day and the whole system feels "ruined"

Case Study

"Sarah told us she'd bought 12 different planners in two years. Each one promised to 'change her life,' but the tiny writing spaces triggered her sensory issues, and the complex layouts overwhelmed her executive function. Within days, she'd stop using them and feel like she'd failed again."

My Planning Disaster Collection

I'm Lisa, and I'm autistic. Before I created ROARGANISE, I had what I called my 'planning disaster collection' - a drawer full of abandoned planners that promised to change my life but left me feeling like a failure instead.

There was the one with tiny, unclear fonts that I had to squint to read. The overwhelming pages crammed with so much text, colours, and sections that my brain would shut down just looking at them. The busy layouts with decorative elements everywhere when I just needed clean, simple spaces to write. And don't get me started on the flimsy paper that felt awful under my fingers.

Each time I'd start with such hope. This would be THE system that finally worked. But within days, the cluttered pages would overwhelm me, I'd get lost in the chaos of the layout, miss an entry, and I'd abandon it completely. Then I'd blame myself - clearly, I was just 'rubbish at planning.'

The lightbulb moment came when I realised: I wasn't broken. The planners were.

They weren't designed for brains like mine. I needed consistent, clear designs that were super easy to follow. I needed layouts that were clean and professional-looking without being overwhelming. Zero visual clutter, zero confusion - just simple, intuitive spaces that made sense - Check out all the Insert ranges here https://roarganise.com/collections/inserts

So I decided to create exactly that. Every ROARGANISE insert follows the same design principles: black and white colour schemes, readable fonts, consistent layouts, and plenty of white space. Professional enough for work or personal use, clear enough that your brain doesn't have to work overtime just to understand the page - This one being our favourite https://roarganise.com/products/workplace-bundle

Every design choice comes from a lifetime of lived experience with autism, understanding that planning should be effortless, not exhausting.

This is why Roarganise works.
